ShopBack Korea
Worked on a partial redesign, implemented Feb. 2024 for the KR team, in which we changed the Korean font, and implemented new templates for all major web banners, paid marketing, and IG. We implemented images and a cleaner visual identity that aligned better with our audience. We also simplified efficient templates that would require less lift for onboarding designers.

Through A/B testing we ended up changing the design of our In-App Popups. Initially, we tried using different images and colors in the HQ template to test the CTRs, but ultimately we tried a new design that resulted in approximately an average of 10% or more increase in the CTRs.
The redesigned popups are on the first row below and the original popup assets are on the second row below.
Our team also designed large scale POSMs and branded off site events.
